 Hi Daniel

 I have just uploaded write_dsmcc_packets_where_no_AV_packets-3.diff which
 adds some methods to the ProgramMapTable class to keep track of the
 existance of audio/video pids in the PMT. I didnt use FindPIDS() becuase
 it would be called such a lot so think this is maybe more efficient. The
 DVBRecorder class then uses this to decide when to create the Key frame in
 the DSMCC stream.

 Hopefully this is OK.
