 I noticed some other oddness with popups. These are with FireFox but could
 be related. I have attached two screen shots. Selected channel 198 from
 the list. Notice the popups from the two possible conflicts are visible
 when the page loads. I can make them go away if I mouse-over the links.
 The second is from the schedules page. Notice the popups are visible at
 the bottom of the page when the page loads.
