Comment(by janne):

 we are aborting channel changing in TVPlay::ChangeChannel() if the channum
 matches the back of the previous channel list. Switch[Input|Cards|Source]
 doesn't update the previous channel list. It's unfortunately not obvious
 how to fix it.
