 (In [15786]) Refs #3326. Applies patch from Shane to always allow
 recordings to move between virtual recorders sharing the same physical
 device.

 We normally only do this if the user has configured MythTV to find an
 equivalent recorder for a scheduled recording because the recorders may in
 fact not be perfectly equivalent even if they have the same recording
 priority; but we know that all virtual recorders sharing the same physical
 device are perfectly equivalent for scheduled recordings.
