Log:

Updates to [15768], re #4582, some speed improvements. Attempt to force the browser to cache the requested info, removes a memory hemorrhage, and don't wait a full second if we don't have to. The first view is still a tad slow to load all the data, but refreshes go nice and fast without binding.
