Log:

Moves mythappearance into mythfrontend.  It is now part of the main setup menu (it was previously on the 
utilities menu).  To avoid possible problems with mythappearance it would be wise to uninstall the 
mythappearance plugin - it will be removed from the plugins soon.  This change also adds a new button type
SCREENSETUPWIZARD.  Watermark entries for core themes are on their way.  In addition I've added the ability 
to dismiss the new mythdialog popup by pressing MENU.
