 The attached patch enables the "menu" key to show a popup menu to allow a
 system shutdown or reboot.

 The popup menu will only be shown when the exit key for mythfrontend has a
 modifer attached to it.  In other words if the exit key is set to ESC or
 "No exit key" then the popup menu will NOT appear.

 The reason behind this patch is fairly striaghtforward.
  I don't want 'Escape' to leave the frontend, but would still like the
 option to shutdown the system from a remote.
