 The multi-pip-v1.patch has a lot of extraneous changes including debugging
 that needs to be ripped out, NVP/TV error handling is broken, player
 teardown is not done correctly for PIP's, and this likely won't compile
 with video output classes other than XVideo. But, it does finally allow
 for multiple Picture-in-Picture windows...

 Note: After I clean this up I plan to extend PBP as well, so that you can
 do things like look at all the channels on the current multiplex at once.
 After that I plan to allow audio output follow you to the currently active
 player...
