 (In [19345]) Refs #2287. Cleans up PBP startup.

 Use JumpToFrame() to restart NVPs in the same place in the file, as we do
 for PIP.
 Use the currently active NVP's OSD in PBP mode, unless the OSD for the
 main buffer is a full screen OSD (None are at the moment, so that part is
 just a stub in playercontext.cpp).
