Log:

Allow the MythUI popup dialogs to send the result to any QObject derived
class not just MythScreenType.

Add an optional title to the MythDialogBox popup.

Add an option to show the MythDialogBox popup in fullscreen mode that can be used
to replace the old Qt style DialogBox.
