 Forgot to mention that it also fails on a third reason as usleep seems
 undeclared in playbackbox.cpp, commenting it out (dirty hack off course)
 stops compile from failing there, this might need a compat.h file or even
 better proper includes as I believe MinGW provides this function as well
 (it seems to do so for other mythtv files as I need to patch it out in
 mythtv/libs/libmythdb/compat.h to make MythTV core build as described in
 #5980 (http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/attachment/ticket/5980/MythTV-
 compat.h.patch).
