Log:

Let TestDBconnection() still test after initial DB error.
(after SilenceDBerrors(), copy of the DatabaseParams in MythDB:: was stale).
Far too much copying around this data - should just use the one in MythDB::
(except in the grapical editor, which needs one so Cancel will work)
