 Additional EIT fixups for Bell, removes things like "PRESS INFO", "RC".
 It will leave 5.1, LBX, DD so that you know if they are dolby
 5.1/widescreen or not.

 Also detects the 5.1, LBX, DD, Widescreen to set the video/audio
 properties, so that the new dolby/widescreen icons show in the recording
 details.

 Tested on 0.21 fixes.
