 After upgrading to MythTV-0.21, the "Analog Options" button is missing.
 According to the following thread,

 configuring the analog and digital portions as two different cards works.

 Here is a patch:

 +<p>In MythTV 0.21, the "Analog Options" button no longer appears
 +within the DVB configuration panel.  If you have a dual digital/analog
