Comment(by stuartm):

 Xmlparse and uitypes are deprecated and assuming everything goes as
 scheduled they will be removed before 0.22 is released. If someone wants
 to take a couple of minutes to commit the patches then let me know,
 otherwise I'll close the tickets.
