Log:

Drop the positionmap check added as part of the fix for #2335 in [14516]. This is mostly redundant once #3963 is fixed since a LiveTV recording should always have a postionmap.

Moving the point at which we loaded the positionmap caused a problem with the frame counts for recordings because we hadn't yet looked at the stream for the framerate.
