 (In [14462]) Some minor changes to MythNews's multimedia support.

 * Add the missing enclosures.png and need-download.png images. If anybody
   can find better images that would be appreciated.

 * Move the status icons to the info panel below the thumb image. Seems
 like a
   more appropriate place for them and gets rid of the bad flicker when
   scrolling though articles.

 * Use the default Video Player set in MythVideo to play video files rather
   than force users to always use the internal player.

 * If an article thumb image isn't available then use the site image if
 there
   is one available.

 * While downloading a file change the displayed byte counts to be a little
   more user friendly.
