 Right now in Queue both SELECT and MENU will show the menu.  However in
 Browse only SELECT will show the menu.  For consistency I think that the
 behavior should be the same in both Browse and Queue.  If I get a vote I
 would like to have both SELECT and MENU display the menu in both Browse
 and Queue.  If only one is to be used I would use MENU as that seems to be
 the convention across other parts of Myth and the plugins.
