 Ok. If I set ReceivingInterfaceAddr, as before, in iptvfeederudp.cpp, but
 also set it to INADDR_ANY in ourSourceAddressForMulticast() in
 GroupsockHelper.cpp, right before the call to setupDatagramSocket, then
 the code works properly for my situation. I'll clean it up and make a
 proper patch for anyone else that wants to test it, even though it should
 be only two changed lines of code.
