 The attached patch adds the leading zero to seconds in format_name when
 seconds < 10.  This matches the behavior of the minutes (always has
 leading zero).

 This is extremely useful for users trying to "undo" an accidental name
 change they've done by running mythrename.pl without the --link argument.
