Log:

Prevent SQL errors spewing forth when there is no database
(like when bootstrapping the database config screens).
The dbcon changes are a bit messy, and will cause problems if a database
is ever opened without a hostname, but that really shouldn't happen
(I think MythContext forces NULL dbHostName to "localhost"? )
