 Over the last few days, a channel has been broadcasting some invalid EIT
 data, with the start_date field as 0xffffffffff, giving a date of
 2038-04-22 ff:ff:ff in the database, this causes minor issues in that
 available guide data shows in the region of 11190 days available, and
 mythfilldatabase reports that no data has been updated.
