Log:

Removes some hardcoded style choices from mythvideo and
makes the 'popup' containers behave consistently with other theme
containers. These containers now obey their area elements.

The 'grey out' can be reproduced in the theme where desired by
defining a dark grey image with ~75% alpha to fill the background of
the container. 

This may require theme changes to retain the existing layouts and
styles. Justin has agreed to look at this.
