 The attached patch (made against 0.20.2/fixes) adds two new date formats
 (one long, one short) for use in mythfrontend:

 and

 24 Nov

 I have not tested it versus trunk but the changes are so minor that I
 wouldn't be surprised if it applies cleanly.
