Comment:

 I've attached a patch that reduces mythwelcome's wakeups from its current
 72 wakeups per second to 4 wakeups per second.

 To reduce the wakeups, Qts enterLoop function has to be avoided.

 The same problem occurs in MythDialog, which could also do with replacing.
