Comment:

 (In [14918]) Fixes #4194. Fixes a date formatting problem in 0.20-fixes
 that prevents the Quebecois from using multiple lineups with data direct.
 This just uses the same formatting as we use for video files for the dates
 of the DataDirect cache files.
