 1. When mythtv-setup is run it detects if it is running on the master
 backend and asks the user if they want to stop it.[[BR]]
 2. mythtv-setup stops backend is selected.[[BR]]
 3. When exiting mythtv-setup, backend is restarted if it was stopped by
 mythtv-setup.[[BR]]
 4. mythtv-setup offers to run mythfilldatabase if it is the master
 server.[[BR]]

 Additionally, when trying to reconnect to the backend, connectserver uses
 the WOL command if backend is remote and the start command if the backend
 is local.[[BR]]
