Log:

Don't force the theme to require the heading textarea in
statusbox.cpp. This isn't actually used by the code and forcing it to
be present in the topbar container along with the helptext area limits
the layout possibilities.

The heading will still be displayed in themes that use it. Future
themes can still use a heading, but place it in whichever containers
exist without it needing to be adjacent to the helptext.
