 I have global TV Format set to ATSC.

 I have a pcHDTV 5500 and a PVR500.  For all of the channels that the 500
 tunes, I have gone into the Channel Editor and changed the TV Format to be
 NTSC.

 I did a mythfilldatabase, ran the db optimize/repair from the contrib
 directory and then restarted the backend.

 NTSC recordings through the PVR500 still fail with:  Channel(/dev/video1)
 Error: SetInputAndFormat(1, ATSC)

 I've googled, searched the archives and can't find anyplace else to change
 the TV Format--leading me to believe that this is a bug.
