Log:

Allows you to use the popup keyboard to enter text on web pages viewed by
MythBrowser.

If you have the 'Use line edit virtual keyboard' setting turned on then when
the TOGGLEINPUT key (F1 by default) is pressed the popup keyboard will be
shown which will send all key presses to the web page. If you don't have that
setting on then MythBrowser will work as before - that is TOGGLEINPUT will 
toggle whether all key presses get sent to the web page or whether MythBrowser
will process them as normal key bindings.

You MUST have at least r13453 of MythTV from trunk installed for this to work.
Anyone who complains it's not working and hasn't done that will have their
computer confiscated and crushed. You have been warned :)
