 Patch works well. It's a lot smoother although it doesn't unfortunately
 compare to my DVD player.

 I noticed something which may or may not be worth looking at. It's still
 drawing subtitles whilst rewinding or fastforwarding. They aren't going to
 be readable so maybe we shouldn't even try to draw them.
