Log:

Fix CD ripping after the recent changes to how the cd device is selected.

Switch the LCD to the time display when a rip is completed.

After a successful rip set the somethingwasripped flag which will later
force a reload of the music metadata so the new tracks will be displayed
in the music tree without having to do a rescan.
