 "Consistent behaviour of SELECT action across widgets"

 Currently the SELECT button does different things depending on which
 widget you are using, and this patch makes it consistent across all
 widgets, acting as a toggle control or doing nothing for those widgets
 that don't toggle.  I have been using this patch since I posted it and it
 certainly makes navigation easier!
