 Attached patch fixes Mythweb music Random -> "Random Type: Everything",
 seems that this hasn't worked at all for some time.

 In addition, it changes Playlist Play functionality so that if playlist is
 empty, it is not returned from the browser. No big deal otherwise, but
 I've seen WinAmp freeze in some situations if empty playlist is loaded by
 mistake.
