Comment:

 (In [12933]) Closes #2879. Adds DVBCAM verbose level

 converts CAM related messages from VB_CHANNEL
 uses Mythtv's VERBOSE macro in dvbci.cpp instead of fprintf
 If a slot with CAM is found, don't report empty slots as VB_IMPORTANT
