 Forgot to mention:  This example is from a PVR-250, untranscoded.

 Hmmmm... Just taking a closer look at this and the sync issue looks much
 smaller in the example I sent.  Probably around 0.1s.  I'm not sure if
 this is because the clip is short or because the recording is from the
 PVR-250 and I usually record of the DVB card.

 I'll try and take a closer look and see if I can narrow it down.

 Just had another thought:  The logs show 2 frames dropped in this example
 (.08s).  On my other recordings, I was noticing around 10 frames dropped
 (0.4s)  This seems to match the offset I'm seeing.  However, the sync
 error is not progressive.  It is consistent through the whole recording.

 I'll get a log file from a longer recording.
