 Patch for find_meta.py to get a list of video extensions from the
 videotypes table if database access is available. If database isn't
 available the current behavior is used (hard coded list).

 This patch also removes an obsolete function (init_db) from the file. It
 is no longer needed since the introduction of MythTV.py
