Comment:

 (In [13641]) Add next page and previous page functionality to the OSD
 menu. Useful for the 'Jump to Programme' option where scrolling through
 long lists would otherwise be very slow.

 Triggered by the PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN actions.

 Closes #2602
