Log:

A few fixes to dvbradioexport.pl

 * Should now work with recent versions of ffmpeg.
 * Transcoded audio should now be in stereo instead of mono
 * Multiple audio stream files will be transcoded in the right bitrate (first stream only)
 * If we can't figure out the original bitrate from ffmpeg -i then use the default rate of 192kb/s
