 Edit box and dropdown backgrounds are a rather dark blue. In the case of
 dropdowns, sometimes the text is white, but most times it is black. Black
 on a dark blue is difficult to read. This changes the edit box and
 dropdown backgrounds to be a lighter blue that contrasts well with both
 white and black text.
