 I was being an arsehole. My point was generally this - there are 400 open
 tickets at the moment. We generally look at tickets in order of personal
 interest because we are doing this in our free time. So yes, some tickets
 are open for months whilst others are closed in days.

 The fact that this ticket is still open and hasn't been re-assigned just
 means that no-one has looked at it yet. If it was rejected then the ticket
 would have been closed with a message saying so.
