 When looking for a program in the program finder some letters can have
 500+ shows in them.  If the show you want is in the middle of this list
 you might need to page down 25 times.  This is a simple patch to use the
 "5" key (middle of the keypad) to move to the middle of the list.  This
 cuts the PageUp/PageDowns considerably and saves quite a bit of time.

 Note this was inspired by the functionality in MythMusic where the number
 keys are used to navigate the lists... 1=10% 2-20% ... 9-90% etc. but some
 of the keys are already used in the Program Finder so I just used "5".

 Maybe someone else will find it useful.

 Tested on 20-fixes but seems to apply to trunk as well.
