 Some video meta-data contains special characters like double quotes (i.e
 IMDB id 660172).  When attempting to edit meta data for these videos the
 existing data does not render properly.  The data needs to be escaped.

 The attached patch fixes the problem for version 0.20.  (It seems that the
 file has been changed in current svn, but a similar change should fix the
 problem).
