 The attached patch modifies the behaviour of the transport "buttons"
 within MythMusic in order to make them reflect the current transport
 state. It achieves this by changing the pause, play, and stop, push
 buttons into check boxes.

 This change has an impact on themes, updated images for the "default"
 theme are provided in "mythmusic_transport_images.tgz". These new images
 make the existing images for these buttons obsolete.
