 (In [12484]) Fixes #2889. Fix from Michael Tiller & Michael Niedermayer
 for a division by zero in ffmpeg.

 Michael Tiller submitted this to ffmpeg and Michael Niedermayer has
 applied a version of this there (it is textually slightly different due to
 other changes in ffmpeg.)
