 One difference in the logs provided by Miwer is that in the recording
 transitions that doesn't hang, FileChangedCallback is called, while it
 isn't in the transitions that hang. Looking at some extra debugging
 output, FileChangedCallback is called from FileChanged in decoderbase.cpp
 which is in turn called from GetFrame in avformatdecoder.cpp.

 I haven't figured out why/when FileChangedCallback is not called, but I
 suspect that if we managed to find out, the bug could be fixed.
