 With this patch, test recordings fail with the following in mythbackend
 log

 {{{
 PSIPTable: Failed CRC check 0x0 != 0x5b168510 for StreamID = 0x0
 }}}

 which would cause the PAT & PMT tables not to be found by the
 signalmonitor.
