 MythVideo, when scanning for new videos, puts in "No Cover" for videos
 that don't have a cover file.  In the gallery view of the video browser,
 files with a null/empty cover file string have the video name put in place
 of the cover file image.  The "No Cover" string prevents this (nice!)
 feature from ever taking effect unless manual database editing is done.
