Log:

Completely redesign the program details page, also adding support for recorded programs.  This also updates the download handler to use the local recordings directory so that data/recordings is no longer needed.  Javascript updates, css updates (will update the grey skin when I'm done with all of these redesigns), probably more stuff that I've forgotten about.
