Comment:

 (In [12862]) Closes #3125. internal dvd player: disable attempt to try and
 activate
 xvmc if UseXvmcForHDOnly is enabled. this patch is a workaround until
 video profiles is merged from the mythtv-vid. problem should not be
 present in the mythtv-vid branch.
